Dr. Jonathan W. Burns
Dr. Jonathan W. Burns
Dr. Jonathan Burns graduated from Brownsburg High School in 1993, then graduated from Indiana School of Optometry in the year 2000. From there he moved to Salt Lake City, Utah, and did a one-year residency at The Eye Institute of Utah, followed by starting his office inside a Costco in Sandy, Utah from 2001-2006 and then came to the Fortune Park Costco in July 2006 to present. Dr. Burns currently lives in Avon, IN with his lovely wife and 6 children. (I know, that is a lot!) He likes spending time with his family and is very involved in their homeschooling efforts. He also is involved with his local church, Grace Fellowship Church, where his father has been the pastor for over 30 years.
Dr. Thomas FitzGerald
Dr. Thomas FitzGerald
Dr. Thomas FitzGerald was born in Kansas City and grew up in Vincennes, Indiana. He moved to Indianapolis in 1985 and received his Doctor of Optometry degree from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana. Dr. FitzGerald has been providing eye exams in Indianapolis and surrounding areas since 1996. His spare time is spent getting 10,000 steps per day, sometimes with his daughter and her dog, sometimes with his son on the disc golf course, sometimes with friends on a traditional golf course, and sometimes on the local trails.
Dr. Brian Swift
Dr. Brian Swift
Dr. Brisn Swift was a Graphic Designer for several years before changing careers to Optometry. He graduated from IU SCHOOL OF OPTOMETRY in 2000, and completed a one-year residency in Ocular Disease through the PENNSYLVANIA COLLEGE OF OPTOMETRY. He enjoys the outdoors, art, fitness, history, and other analog diversions from the internet. He and his wife, Kristi, are West-siders from childhood.
Dr. Connie Haines
Dr. Dr. Connie Haines graduated from North Central High School in 1993. She went on to complete her Doctor of Optometry from Indiana University in 2000. She has practiced in the Indianapolis area for the past 23 years. She truly enjoys primary care optometry. Dr. Haines lives in Indianapolis with her husband and four children. She spends most of her free time watching her kids running track and cross country, playing soccer, watching chess, and watching her daughter do gymnastics. When not spending time with her family, she enjoys walking and playing with her two dogs, Wags and Felicia.
